Prior to leaving for the South Korean tour, the national juniors team manager Mirnawan Nawawi sent out a tweet stating that the national senior side will play the national juniors in a match that evening.

However the national seniors coach Paul Revington did not want that match played and this was revealed to the journalists last Thursday when the final 18 of the juniors squad to New Delhi was named.

A match between the senior and junior team would have been a delight to watch and what more serve as a good preparation before the team plays in the Junior World Cup.

And now the senior team is playing two matches with the Korean Under 21 team. This is odd as Revington did not want to play our juniors but does not mind playing the Korean juniors.

A clear case of getting your priorities wrong.

Oh well guess the South African is a fast learner of politics as practiced by his employers.
